Yesterday, Wednesday 31 August, the Royal Moroccan Federation announced the appointment of national coach Walid Rekraki as coach of the Moroccan national team to succeed Bosnian coach Vahid Halilhodzic after tendering his resignation.
Fawzi Lekjaa spoke about the circumstances of the change that the national team was going to witness, referring to the objectives achieved during the reign of Vahid Halilhodzic, before confirming that it was necessary to part with the Bosnian coach due to the great differences that he provoked.

Regarding the objectives set with “Walid Regraki”, “Foz Lekjaa” said that among them, improving the team’s ranking in the FIFA ladder and reaching the semi-finals of the African Cup, in addition to other goals.
He also pointed out that all the contracts entered into by the university are subject to labor law, and therefore the university paid only 3 months salary to Wahid, and there is no need to bid in this regard.
