Last Saturday, the International Federation of Sports Press in Lausanne, Switzerland, concluded the “Young Journalists” program, with the participation of twenty-one journalists from around the world, including Morocco.
The program, which spanned a whole week from the twentieth to the twenty-seventh of November, was known to organize a series of visits to the headquarters of the largest sports bodies in the world, such as the headquarters of the International Football Association FIFA, the Court of Arbitration for Sports “Tas”, the International Olympic Committee, the International Basketball Federation, and the Federation The International Swimming Federation and the International Gymnastics Federation, which included a series of seminars and meetings that brought together young journalists with the heads of these bodies, led by Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA and Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee, in addition to visiting the FIFA Museum in Zurich and the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
The program included a series of training sessions for journalists, organized by the International Federation of Sports Press by the Italians Riccardo Romano and Andrea Giannini, the Argentine Martin Mazur and the British Kerr Radnig, under the general supervision of the President of the International Federation of Sports Gianni Merlo and General Secretary Jura Ozmic.
During this program, Morocco was represented by journalist Hamza Ait Messaoud, who had previously been crowned with the International Federation of Sports Press Award for the youth category last year in the documentary category.
