Under the theme, “The celebration of the Agadir Souss Massa destination”, the Regional Council of Tourism of Agadir Souss Massa, supported by the ONMT, is organizing the first edition of the promotional days of the Agadir Souss Massa region, under the name of “Agadir Souss Massa Days” on November 26 at the Dunes d’Or Agadir conference hall.
The day will be inaugurated by Mr. Ahmed Hajji, Wali of the Agadir Souss Massa region, in the presence of Mrs. Fatima Zahra Ammor, Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts and Solidarity Economy, Mr. Karim Achengli, President of the Council Regional of Souss Massa, Mr. Rachid Dahmaz, President of the Regional Council of Tourism of Agadir Souss Massa, Mr. Adel Elfakir, Director General of the Moroccan National Tourist Office and Mr. Mustapha Bouderka, Vice-President of the Communal Council of ‘Agadir.
This event brings together speakers representing the various stakeholders that make up the tourism ecosystem in the region. It has five discussion panels on promoting the assets and tourism potential of the Agadir Souss Massa region, on the future of the destination, particularly in terms of infrastructure, air connections, trades and vocational training, as well as tracks. development of the attractiveness and competitiveness of the destination after the crisis caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
During this day, the CRT SM will also present the results of its achievements as part of its mission to promote the region, as well as its action plan for the year 2022.
The event, which will take place in hybrid format (face-to-face and digital) will also be broadcast live on the CRT’s youtube channel (visitagadir) in order to allow a greater number of professionals to follow the content of the panels.
At the end of this day, the CRT will hold a signing ceremony of conventions with the International Higher Institute of Tourism of Tangier and the TAWADA association of taxi drivers who operate in the tourism sector.
